  • We use our connections with other Realtors, Real Estate Brokerages, Investment Firms, Lawyers, Mortgage Brokers and friends to bring qualified buyers to your home.
  • We have a great relationship with our local Real Estate board along with Century 21 Canada and Century 21 Corporate to give your property worldwide exposure.
  • Qualify the buyers over the phone – we do not want to waste anyone’s time especially yours – are they approved for a mortgage, do they need financing, what is their price range, are they the decision maker of the purchase.
